QUINCY UNIVERSITY TO HOST 2024 SPECIAL OLYMPICS POLAR PLUNGE
Quincy University will host the 2024 Polar Plunge to support Special Olympics Illinois on February 25 at 12 p.m. at the QU Football & Lacrosse Stadium.
The Polar Plunge supports more than 21,000 Special Olympics athletes across Illinois, helping to provide them with life-changing programming. Polar Plunge is hosted by Law Enforcement Torch Run.
The Plunge is Special Olympics largest fundraiser of the year. Participants must raise a minimum of $100 to participate in the Polar Plunge.
QU is designated as a Special Olympics Campus and the QU Sport Management program has collaborated with Special Olympics Illinois for the last 16 years. This is the third year QU has hosted the Plunge.
Participants and attendees will park at the North Parking Lot of QU Stadium.
